3. Booking and payment
Bookings can be made by phone, online or in person at the facility.
Payment for services is made in accordance with the current price list available on the website.
Online payments are processed via Przelewy24.
4. Cancellations and changes to bookings
The patient has the right to cancel their appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If the cancellation is not made, the clinic reserves the right to retain the prepayment.
5. Complaints
Complaints regarding online payments should be sent by email to: svetlankabukii@gmail.com.
6. Liability
FullFace Clinic is responsible for the proper provision of services in accordance with applicable medical and consumer legislation.
