This Privacy Statement describes the methods our medical center uses to collect, use and maintain information about visitors to our website. We care about your safety and the protection of personal data that you leave on our website fullface.pl.  We make every effort to keep your data safe.

  1. This agreement constitutes the regulations and agreements regarding the use of the website of the "Full Face Beauty Clinic" medical center fullface.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Agreement is concluded between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and the medical center "Full Face Beauty Clinic" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") to regulate all methods of using the Website and all types of services provided by the Administration via the Website.
  2. Before using the Website, the Customer is obliged to read the content of the Agreement. Consent occurs automatically when you use any page of the Website. The terms of the agreement apply to all users of the Site.
  3. The term "Personal Data" means information such as name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address that may be used to identify the Customer.
  4. Collection of personal data.

The Customer accepts the terms of this Privacy Policy from the moment he starts working on the Website, completes the online application or contacts the Call Center. By using the services indicated on the Website, the Customer confirms his consent to the Administration's processing of his personal data in any manner provided for by the provisions of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

The Website enables the Customer to become a client of the Administration's services.

If the Client publishes illegal or criminal information that is inconsistent with the terms of the Agreement, the Administration may partially or completely delete this information. The Administration has the right to partially or completely change the content of the Website or these Regulations without prior notice to the Customer.
The administration has the right to limit access to the Website in the event of problems with its operation in order to eliminate them.

Limitation of Liability

The Website's liability is limited to temporary inconvenience, errors or inaccuracies in the content of the Website's materials. The administration undertakes to eliminate problems as quickly as possible and provide accurate and truthful information.
If the Customer leaves a comment - the Administration is not responsible for their content. The administration also takes preventive measures that exclude the publication of messages that violate moral standards or applicable regulations.
The Administration is not responsible for the Customer's actions towards third parties, as well as for difficulties and damage caused by the use or inability to use the Website.
In order to avoid the above and ensure proper operation of the Website, the Administration reserves the right to remove illegally posted information, as well as to use technical and legal measures to limit access of the Customer who has violated the requirements of the Agreement.

The Administration reserves the right to introduce, if necessary, amendments to this Agreement and publish its new edition on the Website. The customer should check this page periodically to stay updated with current information. The Administration may inform the Customer about changes by sending electronic messages and notifications.
